Hi Trine, Thanks for your Email! We are back in civilisation, and I already miss the bush and the nice people there! Thanks for your great help! From my side everything was perfect. The flight was smooth and quiet all over Africa and we hadn´t have any technical problems. The handling in Bangui from Charlotte was quick and nice. She has everything under control there. Every formalities (paying landing fees, weapons, passport, ...) were ready within 50 minutes, she was taking care of everything. Also the welcome in Bakouma. Erik was there waiting for us with fresh coffee and tea. He organized the security for the aircraft and when we came back after 12 days everything was good. Two people slept under the wings watching the airplane all the time. I have enjoyed the time in the camp. Everything was clean, the food was really good and I had no health-problems. Your camp is a fantastic place. Unfortunately I can´t say anything about hunting, because I´m not a hunter, but it was fun going with them. At the last day we had a very well organized flying camp by Emelie at the airport. That was a romantic farewell to the bush. So, you see, you have good and well educated people down there working for you. Yours Wolfgang |
